Welcome to the Mitram Program by Art of Vedas. As a Mitram partner, you are part of an exclusive community dedicated to the promotion and practice of Ayurvedic wellness. To ensure that our program operates smoothly and maintains the highest standards, we ask all Mitram partners to agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before joining the program.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Eligibility: The Mitram Program is exclusively available to certified Ayurveda practitioners, wellness centers, beauty salons, and other professionals who align with the principles and practices of Ayurveda. Art of Vedas reserves the right to verify the credentials of applicants to ensure they meet our standards.
• Enrollment Process: To join the Mitram Program, applicants must complete the sign-up form with accurate and up-to-date information. Approval is at the discretion of Art of Vedas and may take up to 48 hours. Our team may request additional information or documentation during the review process.

2. Wholesale and Discount Benefits

• Wholesale Access: Approved Mitram partners are eligible to purchase Art of Vedas products at wholesale prices. Wholesale pricing is reserved for purchases intended for resale or use within professional services.
• Discounts: Mitram partners enjoy exclusive discounts on Art of Vedas products. Discounts are applied automatically upon login to the Mitram account and are subject to change based on promotional periods, product availability, and Art of Vedas discretion.

3. Training Programs

• Access to Training: Mitram partners have exclusive access to our certified Ayurveda training programs. Training programs may have specific eligibility requirements, and enrollment is subject to availability.
• Certification: Upon successful completion of training programs, Mitram partners will receive a certification from Art of Vedas. Certification acknowledges the completion of the training but does not imply any official licensing.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Training fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within a specified period before the start of the program. Art of Vedas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training programs in case of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Affiliate Program

• Eligibility: Only approved Mitram partners may participate in the Art of Vedas Affiliate Program. Affiliates must agree to the specific terms outlined in the Affiliate Program agreement.
• Commission Structure: Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates are determined by Art of Vedas and may vary based on the product or promotional campaign.
• Affiliate Conduct: Affiliates are expected to promote Art of Vedas products with integrity and in accordance with our brand values. Any fraudulent or misleading practices will result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Use of Materials: Mitram partners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Art of Vedas logos, trademarks, and marketing materials for the promotion of our products and services. These materials must be used in accordance with Art of Vedas brand guidelines.
• Restrictions: Mitram partners may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from any Art of Vedas intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in immediate dismissal from the Mitram Program and may lead to legal action.

6. Right of Denial or Dismissal

• Denial of Membership: Art of Vedas reserves the right to deny any application to the Mitram Program if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria or if their association with the program would be detrimental to the brand’s reputation.
• Dismissal from the Program: Art of Vedas reserves the right to dismiss any Mitram partner from the program for violating these terms and conditions, engaging in unethical practices, or any other conduct that may harm the reputation or operations of Art of Vedas. Dismissal from the program will result in the immediate revocation of all Mitram benefits, including access to discounts, training, and the affiliate program.

7. Program Restrictions

• Non-Transferability: Mitram partnership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved partner. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or share benefits with non-approved individuals will result in dismissal from the program.
• Confidentiality: Mitram partners agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Art of Vedas, including but not limited to training materials, pricing structures, and business strategies.
• Compliance with Laws: Mitram partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their professional practice and in the promotion of Art of Vedas products. Any violation of local laws will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Changes to Terms: Art of Vedas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Mitram partners via email or through the Mitram portal. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
